Not only was "Love Blows ...like the wind across Uranus" a quite silly and rather rude-sounding title, it was a pain to keep typing over and over. Working on the design for the cover art - as I did for "Love Hits" - I realized I wanted a much simpler look this time around. That's hard to do with such a long album title. So, being freelance in the film business gives me quite a bit of free time to work on other things - XUK music being my main creative outlet. At the moment things are pretty quiet on the work front, so I'm spending my time trying to do as much on the album as I can to get it out before the end of the year. OK. I've been working on a few new songs and continuing to refine mixes. I have some retakes to do on what's already "in the can" (quite a lot actually), but my goal is to put out whatever I have before the end of the year - even if that means leaving some material off the new album.
